In a day full of activities, the leader of the Civic Coalition (CC), Elisa “Lilita” Carrió reaffirmed her electoral strategy. In this sense, after being sworn in as a lawyer, the former national deputy ratified her presidential candidacy.
Within the framework of the oath before the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires, where he received the diploma from Ricardo Gil Lavedra, the leader of the CC gave an interview with Clarion where he reaffirmed his application. “I am moving to the Capital, I am going to be a candidate and on the 24th they will know the formula”explained.
In this way, Carrió will compete in the PASO against five officials who remain in the electoral race: Horacio Rodríguez Larreta, Patricia Bullrich, Miguel Ángel Pichetto, Gerardo Morales and Facundo Manes. In this sense, the pre-candidate recognized the harshness of the inmate, but she is not allowed to “I don’t care, the important thing is to be a witness”.

In addition to the presidential plan, in these elections, Carrió made a strong commitment to the candidacy of the Buenos Aires Minister of Health, Fernán Quirós, to the detriment of Jorge Macri, candidate supported by Mauricio Macri and Patricia Bullrich. In this sense, his statements come after a photo of “Lilita” was released with Quirós, Horacio Rodríguez Larreta’s candidate for the City of Buenos Aires.
Added to this, in April he began to make public statements so that the followers of Together for Change vote in favor of the head of Health in the Buenos Aires elections. “This is our caretaker. We have to vote for those who care for us”he stated in a video posted on his social media.
The meeting between Carrió and Espert to “consolidate the unity of Together for Change”
This Wednesday, Carrió also met with the presidential candidate José Luis Espert, after the incorporation of the national deputies into space. “We meet to continue consolidating JxC unity and to build a political friendship,” said the founder of the Civic Coalition.
The candidates met for an hour and discussed Issues of national politics, economy and security, among other topics. Also participating in the meeting were the president of the CC, the national deputy Maximiliano Ferraro; the provincial deputy Maricel Etchecoin, Luis Rosales and Luis Green, leaders close to Espert.
